Role

Smile Foundation is hiring a Manager – Communications to lead strategic storytelling, integrated communication campaigns, and brand initiatives. The role involves creating high-quality communication assets, supporting fundraising and CSR partnerships, managing cross-functional collaborations, and strengthening the organisation's public engagement and brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic content development across fundraising, CSR, and programme initiatives.
• Develop reports, proposals, presentations, campaign narratives, and digital content.
• Create integrated communication campaigns for fundraising and awareness.
• Collaborate with programme, fundraising, and marketing teams.
• Guide creative direction for reports, campaigns, videos, and branding materials.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity.
• Mentor communications team members and manage multiple projects.
• Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in communications, branding, marketing, or content strategy.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing integrated communication campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Familiarity with digital communication platforms and AI productivity tools is an advantage.
