Child Rights and You - CRYChild Rights and You - CRY
Child Rights and You (CRY) is one of India's most trusted organisations working so that every child can have a happy, healthy childhood, whatever their gender, caste or family income. It was started in 1979 by Rippan Kapur, and works to make sure children can live, learn, grow and play in safe and caring places. Over more than four decades, CRY and its project partners have worked with parents and communities across 22 states in India, reaching over 4.7 million children from underprivileged families. The work combines close ground-level engagement with advocacy and public awareness so that change lasts. This role sits within CRY's individual partnerships and resource mobilisation function, which builds the everyday giving that funds this work.

You will find and sign up retail partners, both shops and online platforms, so that giving becomes part of shopping, checkout and loyalty points. - Research retail trends and spot new partnership opportunities.
- Prepare partnership proposals and presentations that clearly show the cause and the offer.
- Represent CRY at industry forums, conferences and networking events.
- Build annual partnership pipelines and revenue forecasts.
- Work with the communications and creative teams to design and run fundraising campaigns, then track and improve how they perform.
- Manage relationships with partners through regular contact, updates and campaign renewals.
- Coordinate in-store visibility and cause messaging during on-ground activations.
- Track results such as new partnerships, revenue raised, customer participation, conversion rates, partner retention and return on investment, and prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
- Make sure every fundraising activity follows legal, ethical and internal compliance standards, with proper agreements and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fundraising, Sales or a related field.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, fundraising, retail or corporate alliances.

- Ability to write clear proposals and present confidently to senior partners.
- Comfort with numbers, including pipelines, forecasts and campaign performance data.
- Strong relationship skills and the patience to keep partners engaged over time.
- Good written and spoken communication.
- Ability to work closely with marketing, communications and creative colleagues.
