Role

This is an 11 month consultancy to strengthen partnerships and resource mobilization for YuWaah, UNICEF's youth focused platform. The consultant will identify and build strategic partnerships with corporates, foundations, and other partners, and support high level convenings that bring different sectors together for youth causes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build strategic partnerships aligned with YuWaah's priorities
• Develop partnership proposals, pitch decks, and engagement materials
• Advance funding opportunities across corporates, foundations, and philanthropies
• Strengthen relationships with existing partners
• Support high level convenings and cross sector platforms for youth action
• Engage senior decision makers from government, corporates, and multilateral institutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in fundraising, business development, partnerships, or donor engagement
• Experience creating partnership proposals, concept notes, grant proposals, and pitch decks
• Experience engaging senior leaders from corporates, government, foundations, and multilateral institutions
• Experience designing and supporting high level convenings and multi-sector dialogues
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Hindi
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Prior experience with UN organizations or development sector partners is a plus
