The team builds fundraising strategies for its clients, and every strategy rests on a careful financial model. It is a small, senior team that works closely with each organisation's leadership. It also leaves behind systems that client teams keep using long after the work ends. This role sits within Kohmorehbee's core delivery team, which turns client numbers into the models, dashboards and plans behind each fundraising strategy.

Role

The Operations & Analytics Manager owns the numbers behind every strategy the firm builds. You will study a client's financial history, build the revenue models that guide their plans, and set up the tools their teams use to track fundraising. Inside the firm, you will run the trackers and routines that help a small team deliver like a much bigger one. Most of all, you will explain what the numbers mean to non-profit leaders in plain, clear language.

Responsibilities

• Audit up to five years of a client's financial data
• Explain what the financial data shows to client leadership in plain language
• Build 3-7 year revenue models that fundraising strategies are based on
• Configure CRMs for client fundraising teams
• Build live pipeline dashboards that client teams can run on their own
• Hand over tools and systems that clients keep using after the project ends
• Manage internal trackers, workplans and team cadences
• Spot when a tracker or process falls behind and fix the system behind it

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience where numbers meet process, in analytics, FP&A, RevOps or programme operations
• Strong skills in financial and revenue modelling
• Experience analysing several years of financial data
• Experience setting up a CRM or building pipeline dashboards
• Ability to explain numbers clearly to a non-profit CEO in plain language
• Ability to build models and trackers that other people can understand and use
• Experience running workplans, trackers or team routines
• Close attention to detail and a habit of fixing root causes
• Willingness to work from Jaipur for the first 3 months
• Completion of a short scenario task, which is part of the application form
