Role

As a Product Analyst, you will analyse user behaviour, build dashboards and generate data-driven insights that improve product engagement, learning outcomes, and programme effectiveness. You will work closely with Product, Programme, Engineering and Data teams to support strategic decision-making across Rocket Learning's digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyse user engagement, retention and activity data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Write and optimise SQL queries to analyse large datasets.
• Develop automated reporting workflows using Alteryx or similar ETL tools.
• Define and measure success metrics for new product features and interventions.
• Conduct cohort, retention, funnel, and A/B testing analyses.
• Present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to improve data quality and reporting systems.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Product, Business or Data Analyst.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with Tableau or similar dashboarding tools.
• Experience with Alteryx or similar ETL/data preparation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics or a related quantitative field is preferred.
• Python, Mixpanel, Amplitude, CleverTap, and A/B testing experience are an advantage.
• Interest in social impact and early childhood education is a plus.
