Role

This role leads product strategy for eGov Foundation's digital health portfolio, tackling public health challenges like health equity, disease prevention, and access to care. The Product Manager works with healthcare providers, community organizations, and public health authorities to build scalable products that improve health outcomes at a population level.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of digital health products addressing public health challenges
• Mentor and guide a team of product managers
• Work closely with designers, engineers, and public health experts to build impactful products
• Use data and analytics to guide product decisions and measure outcomes
• Take products from concept through to launch and scale
• Lead user research, product prioritization, and prototyping efforts

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare, digital health, or public health
• Experience managing a portfolio of products and mentoring a product team
• Strong interest in solving public health challenges for underserved communities
• Data driven approach to measuring and improving product outcomes
• Understanding of health systems, disease surveillance, and challenges faced by frontline health workers
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards like HL7 and FHIR
• Experience with health technology systems such as EHRs and HIEs
