Role

The Program and Data Coordinator – TB Tobacco will play a key role in supporting the implementation, monitoring, and performance management of the Integrated TB–Tobacco Screening and Referral Program, managing program data, monitoring project performance, ensuring data quality, developing dashboards and analytical reports, and generating evidence to support data-driven decision-making, while also providing programmatic support for planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead collection, compilation, validation, analysis, and reporting of program data from project districts
• Manage and maintain project databases, dashboards, trackers, and MIS to monitor program performance
• Monitor data from the TB Mukt Bharat Application, referral systems, LMS, and other digital platforms
• Conduct routine data quality assessments (DQAs) and data reconciliation with source documents and government systems
• Develop automated dashboards, analytical reports, scorecards, and visualizations for evidence-based decision-making
• Track project indicators and milestones against approved work plans, identifying implementation gaps
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and donor reports with high-quality data analysis
• Support integration of project data with government information systems, including Nikshay
• Support planning, coordination, and implementation of project activities with state and district program teams
• Support organization of trainings, review meetings, workshops, and stakeholder consultations
• Liaise with government counterparts and implementing partners for routine program coordination

Requirements

• Master's in Social Work/MA/M.Com/PG Diploma/MSc/Statistics or related fields
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in public health program implementation, coordination, monitoring, or data management
• Experience working with NTEP or another large-scale government health program strongly preferred
• Strong data management and analytical capability, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar dashboard tools preferred
• Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in the relevant state language preferred
• Willingness to undertake regular travel within assigned states and districts
