Role

As the Program Lead – Punjab, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of Rocket Learning's Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) programme across the state. You will work closely with ICDS, SCERT, the Department of Education, and district officials while managing field teams, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring high-quality programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, rollout, and implementation of the ECCE programme across Punjab.
• Build and maintain relationships with state departments, district officials and key stakeholders.
• Recruit, train, and manage regional academic experts and field teams.
• Use field insights and programme data to improve planning and decision-making.
• Monitor programme performance and ensure timely reporting of key indicators.
• Coordinate with content, technology, research and media teams for programme implementation.
• Represent Rocket Learning in government meetings, workshops and field reviews.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in programme management, field operations or implementation roles.
• Prior experience managing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Forms and data analysis.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across Punjab.
• Fluency in English and Punjabi.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Experience in education, ECCE, government partnerships, or community programmes is preferred.
