Role

A leadership position focused on expanding multi-channel fundraising and nurturing strategic institutional partnerships to drive organisational growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand multi-channel fundraising across institutional, corporate, and high-value donor segments.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with funders, multilaterals, and collaborative partners.
• Identify, track, and convert funding opportunities while strengthening the donor pipeline.
• Drive the creation of high-quality concept notes, proposals, and programme designs.
• Ensure effective donor reporting, compliance, and represent the organisation at key forums.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree with 10-15 years of experience in institutional fundraising.
• Strong existing donor networks and expertise in proposal development.
• Proven ability to manage strategic relationships with corporate and family foundations.
• Skilled in partnerships, negotiations, and identifying new funding opportunities.
• Collaborative and decisive leader who is open to travel.
• Effective communicator capable of high-level organisational representation.
