  • Strong writing and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Hindi for drafting government-facing materials and leading state engagement.
  • Proven track record in project tracking, multi-stakeholder coordination, adaptability in dynamic settings, and willingness to travel 30–40% of the time.
  • Prior exposure to government PMU roles, state department processes, or early childhood teaching is an advantage.

Benefits

  • Early exposure to the full range of pre-primary education work, from policy to classrooms.
  • Hands-on work with state governments, partner organisations, and CSF's research and fundraising teams.
  • A chance to shape how pre-primary education is delivered in government schools across several states.
  • Learning and growth in a small, close team working on a national education priority.
