The Azim Premji Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating a significant and sustainable impact on the quality and equity of education in India. The purpose of the Scholarship programme is to assist students from disadvantaged backgrounds pursue higher education. This programme supports girl students in select geographies and will cover the entire country in next few years. The Scholarship team plays a crucial role in identifying eligible students, verification process, and offering ongoing support to the student.
Role
The Resource Person manages the daily operations of the scholarship program on the ground. You will ensure the right students are identified, verified, and supported throughout their educational journey.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-ground operations to identify and verify eligible students for the scholarship.
- Manage multi-stakeholder processes involving students, families, and educational institutions.
- Coordinate the verification and documentation workflow to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- Analyze large datasets to track progress, clean information, and provide actionable insights.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to selected scholars to ensure their academic success.
