PACT India, Prakhyata Abhinand Charitable Trust, is a nonprofit working since 2020 to support orphaned, abandoned, or surrendered children with special needs. The organization works closely with Child Care Institutes and care homes to provide customized, child centric rehabilitation programs, helping these children unlock their potential and lead independent, dignified lives. PACT is also a Government of Karnataka partner under the Integrated Child Protection Scheme for its ROOTS program.

Role

This role coordinates and implements community development programmes, working closely with communities, partner organizations, and project teams to ensure smooth execution on the ground.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement community development programmes
• Engage stakeholders and maintain strong working relationships
• Work closely with communities, partner organizations, and project teams
• Maintain clear documentation and communication across teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, BSW or MSW
• Prior experience in programme coordination or implementation is mandatory
• Spoken Kannada is essential, written Kannada is an added advantage
• Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills
