Role

As the Sr. Partnerships Associate, you will build and strengthen relationships with government departments, employers, training partners, civil society organisations and ecosystem stakeholders. Your work will help expand Sapna Centers, create employment pathways, support new initiatives and strengthen Sajhe Sapne's impact across Madhya Pradesh.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build strategic partnerships with government departments, employers, NGOs, colleges and ecosystem partners.
• Research partnership opportunities that strengthen learning, employment, fundraising, and organisational growth.
• Prepare proposals, concept notes, partnership agreements, and MoUs.
• Represent Sajhe Sapne in meetings, field visits, and stakeholder engagements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to move partnership opportunities from planning to implementation.
• Maintain partnership pipelines, document learnings, and track progress.
• Support organisational growth through collaboration and relationship building.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in partnerships, social impact, community development, or related fields.
• Experience working with medium to large-scale projects is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to draft proposals, presentations and partnership documents.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Canva.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
