Manmukh Education

Manmukh is a registered not-for-profit organisation based in Jharkhand that trains young people from underprivileged communities in healthcare and technical skills. Its focus is practical: get people trained, certified, and employed. It works primarily with youth from economically weaker sections, women and girls in rural and urban areas, school dropouts, and marginalised communities including SC/ST/OBC groups.
The organisation runs short-term, job-linked training programs affiliated with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and the Healthcare Sector Skill Council (HSSC) under Skill India. Courses end with a government-recognised certification and placement support through a dedicated placement cell and job fairs (Rozgar Melas).
Training is hands-on: classroom sessions paired with lab practicals and on-the-job training. The organisation has trained 2,000+ people across 30+ batches so far.
Manmukh implements projects under government skill development schemes and CSR mandates from Public Sector Undertakings. Partners and funders listed on the site include Coal India, Eastern Coalfields Limited, NABARD, NSDC, Skill India, PMGDISHA, the Government of Jharkhand, and the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. The organisation also signed a Memorandum of Agreement with CMPDI (Central Mine Planning and Design Institute) in 2025.
People looking to enter the healthcare workforce quickly, particularly through the EMT or phlebotomy tracks, will find Manmukh's programs accessible and practically structured. The courses are free, government-affiliated, and come with placement support. Most trainees in reviews are from Jharkhand, specifically Ranchi, Bokaro, and Ramgarh.
