Role
Manmukh Education is looking for a Tendering Officer to manage the full lifecycle of government and institutional tenders. You will identify relevant opportunities, prepare bid documents, handle online portal submissions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
Responsibilities
- Monitor government and PSU tender portals regularly to identify relevant tenders, EOIs, RFPs, RFQs, and CSR opportunities
- Analyse tender eligibility, technical requirements, and financial conditions to assess suitability
- Prepare complete tender documents including technical proposals, financial proposals, compliance sheets, and supporting annexures
- Draft Detailed Project Reports, concept notes, presentations, and project proposals
- Handle online bid submissions through GEM Portal, CPP Portal, state e-tender portals, and PSU procurement portals
- Manage Digital Signature Certificate usage and portal registrations
- Coordinate with management, finance, training teams, and external partners to gather required documents
- Communicate with government departments regarding clarifications and corrigenda
- Prepare costing and budgeting for project proposals and ensure compliance with procurement guidelines
- Track EMDs, tender fees, performance guarantees, and contract obligations
- Maintain records of all submitted and awarded tenders
- Support agreement execution and project implementation readiness after tender award
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Commerce, Engineering, Finance, Law, or a related field
- Additional certification in Procurement, Tendering, or Project Management is preferred
- 2 to 5 years of experience in tendering, procurement, bid management, or proposal writing
- Prior experience with GEM Portal and e-tender portals is highly desirable
- Experience in government, PSU, CSR, NSDC, skill development, healthcare, or education sector is preferred
- Strong skills in tender drafting, DPR writing, budgeting, and costing
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good team coordination and vendor management abilities
