Role
As Associate Product Planning & Adoption, you will Keep livelihood programmes on track across states by managing timelines, collecting field feedback, and helping teams use technology tools the right way. You are the person who connects the dots and makes sure nothing is missed.
Responsibilities
- Run feedback collection processes (such as eNPS and PHI surveys) across states and make sure responses come in on time
- Analyse feedback trends and share clear, regular reports with relevant teams and stakeholders
- Follow up to ensure that action points from feedback are completed
- Maintain one shared, reliable source for programme timelines across state operations, product, and technology teams
- Compile weekly updates and publish planning reports and status trackers for leadership review
- Monitor dashboards to check data completeness and support teams in improving how they record information on Sarathi (the programme's technology platform)
- Work with operations teams to spot bottlenecks in technology adoption and flag recurring issues that need attention
- Prepare review materials, trackers, and updates to keep leadership informed on programme progress
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in programme coordination, operations, or consulting
- Comfortable working with data, trackers, spreadsheets, and dashboards
- Able to spot patterns in data and turn field inputs into clear, structured insights
- Strong at managing relationships with different teams and stakeholders
- Good written and spoken skills in both Hindi and English
- A genuine interest in solving large social problems and working at scale
- Willingness to travel to and stay in rural areas when needed
- A collaborative, proactive working style with the ability to influence without authority
