About The Role

As a Product Manager at PxD, you'll play a crucial role in owning the overall application initiative of eMitra and its associated user experience. You'll co-lead a cross-functional team of partners, researchers, and policymakers involved in building various components of the application across all phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the user and stakeholder advocate, capturing user stories and understanding user needs
- Create and own the product roadmap, prioritizing releases and defining outcomes
- Translate product vision into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Coordinate with engineering, program/operations, consulting, and marketing partners
- Conduct user interviews and feedback sessions to improve application performance
Requirements:
- Strong team and project management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Ability to simplify and explain complex issues to diverse audiences
- Understanding of research and evidence
- Resilience and focus on outcomes
Backgrounds in engineering management, science, marketing, or service design could be a great fit for this role.
