Role
You will lead the planning and daily management of community projects, ensuring they are finished on time and truly help the people we serve.
Responsibilities
- Manage the design, planning, and rollout of various social projects.
- Monitor project progress to ensure goals are met effectively.
- Coordinate and supervise team members to keep daily tasks on track.
- Handle office management and keep essential records organized.
- Update and manage the organization’s website.
- Lead fundraising efforts to support our community programs.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any field.
- 3 or more years of experience in project management or the social sector.
- Individuals with experience in Social Sector would be preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in website and office administration.
