Role
Deliver impactful training sessions and act as a change-maker by engaging directly with people at various locations to help them improve their lives and skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead training sessions at client locations to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to understand what participants need to learn.
- Coordinate with team members to prepare reports on training outcomes and progress.
- Manage travel schedules to reach different communities and sites effectively.
- Explore new opportunities and possibilities to expand the foundation's reach.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any field (Undergraduate completion is mandatory).
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply for this entry-level role.
- Strong communication skills to engage clearly with diverse groups of people.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation purposes.
