Arpan Seva Sansthan is a non-profit organization working on sustainable integrated development initiatives since 1996. It was formed by a team of young agricultural professionals with the purpose of ensuring access of community to secured livelihood opportunities. They felt the need to work with rural communities and bridge the technological, knowledge, infrastructural and market gap that the communities face.
Role
The Cluster Supervisor leads grassroots efforts for the Nand Ghar ISP Program. You will be the bridge between the program and the community, ensuring that health, education, and nutrition services reach every household effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead community mobilization and engage with families at the village level.
- Coordinate with Anganwadi workers and local leaders to align project goals.
- Manage regular field visits to monitor program quality and progress.
- Collect accurate field data and maintain clear documentation for reports.
- Execute project activities on time to meet community needs.
- Support local stakeholders in solving implementation challenges.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any stream.
- 0 to 3 years of experience (freshers with a passion for social work are welcome).
- Preference for those with experience in Anganwadi, NGO, or community projects.
- Fluency in local language and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire community members.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel within assigned blocks.
