Role
CLED is looking for a Constituency Coordinator to manage public engagement and day-to-day operations in the MP's constituency office in Tamil Nadu. You will be the key link between the public, local stakeholders, and the MP's office, ensuring that community concerns are heard and followed up on.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate public interactions and grievance follow-ups from community members
- Support outreach initiatives and field activities across the constituency
- Liaise with stakeholders and relevant government departments
- Support day-to-day constituency office operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in community engagement, coordination, or a related role
- Fluency in Tamil is required
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
- Organised, dependable, and comfortable working in a field-oriented environment
- Awareness of local governance and public issues in Tamil Nadu
