Role
CLED is looking for a Secretary to support parliamentary, administrative, and strategic coordination functions in the office of a Lok Sabha Member of Parliament. You will manage day-to-day office operations, handle institutional communication, and ensure smooth follow-through on all official engagements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate parliamentary and official engagements on behalf of the MP
- Manage correspondence and institutional communication
- Support policy, legislative, and administrative functions
- Ensure operational follow-through across all office activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in governance, administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Tamil and English, both written and spoken
- Strong drafting, analytical, coordination, and communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and execution ability
- Familiarity with governance, legislative, or public institutions is preferred
