Prakhyata Abhinand Charitable Trust (PACT India) is a non-profit organisation working in disability and rehabilitation. They care for orphaned, abandoned, and surrendered children with special needs living in Child Care Institutions and Adoption Agencies. PACT India works across Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka, making sure every child in their network gets the support and therapy they need to grow and thrive.

Role

PACT India is looking for a Fundraising Associate who will be responsible for raising a minimum of ₹45 to 50 lakhs annually to support the organisation's work with children who have special needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute fundraising plans to meet an annual target of ₹45-50 lakhs
  • Identify and reach out to individual donors, corporate partners, foundations, and other funding sources
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with donors through regular communication and stewardship
  • Research and apply for grants and funding opportunities that align with PACT India's mission
  • Represent PACT India at outreach events, meetings, and awareness programmes to grow donor support
  • Prepare donor proposals, impact reports, and funding materials in collaboration with the internal team
  • Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, contributions, and the fundraising pipeline

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Social Work, Public Relations, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, NGO outreach, sales, or marketing at a reputed organisation
  • A strong track record of meeting targets or building client or donor relationships
  • Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to build trust and connect with diverse audiences
  • Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working towards clear performance goals
