Role

You will be a key driver in gathering the resources needed to grow our impact. Your goal is to find new funding partners, build lasting relationships with donors, and tell our story through compelling reports and proposals to ensure our programs keep thriving.

Responsibilities

• Research potential donors, including companies and foundations, to build a steady pipeline of support.
• Initiate outreach through emails and calls to introduce our mission to new partners.
• Prepare tailored pitch decks and proposals that clearly explain our goals and needs.
• Coordinate with program teams to collect data and stories for accurate donor reporting.
• Manage donor relationships by ensuring timely updates, thank-you notes, and due diligence.
• Lead the planning of fundraising events like marathons, center visits, and crowdfunding campaigns.
• Design high-quality fundraising materials using Canva to keep our communication fresh and professional.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–2 years of work experience, with at least 6 months spent in the social sector (jobs, fellowships, or volunteering).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva for design.
• Ability to turn complex program data into clear, heart-led stories.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the resilience to handle follow-ups and outreach.
• Excellent people skills to build trust with high-level donors and partners.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines independently.
