WJCF is an Indian not-for-profit working to save lives and improve health outcomes by supporting government and private sector partners to build stronger health systems. In partnership with India's Ministry of Health and Family Welfare since 2007, WJCF works across infectious diseases, maternal and child health, sexual and reproductive health, digital health, and more. They are affiliated with the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), a global health organisation operating across 40 countries with a mission to reduce disease burden in low- and middle-income countries.
Role
Lead analytical, strategic, and partnership workstreams for WJCF's Alternative Service Delivery programme using digital platforms like e-pharmacies and e-commerce to connect underserved populations with reliable sexual and reproductive health information and products.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and strategic planning for digital channel interventions in the sexual and reproductive health space
- Scope and evaluate potential digital platform partners using defined criteria and shortlisting frameworks
- Design and run structured campaign test cycles with digital partners, testing hypotheses to improve programme performance
- Build measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools to track user journeys from awareness to product uptake
- Distil learnings from campaigns to develop the case for partnerships becoming self-sustaining over time
- Manage relationships with digital platforms, brand partners, donors, and technical stakeholders
- Prepare strategic documents, donor reports, partnership materials, and presentations for varied audiences
- Identify new opportunities and contribute to proposals and funding pitches across SRH and related areas
- Mentor and guide junior analysts on research design, analysis, and deliverable development
- Represent WJCF in high-level forums and advocate for digital SRH and reproductive health priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Public Health, Economics, Business, Population Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field
- At least 4 years of professional experience in demanding, results-driven environments across public or private sectors
- Demonstrated ability to lead large projects and design programme interventions
- Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative, with experience preparing high-quality presentations and reports
- Experience with digital platforms such as e-commerce, e-pharmacy, or consumer tech in a strategy, partnerships, or growth role is a strong advantage
- Experience in digital marketing campaign design or analysis including A/B testing, funnel analysis, and cohort segmentation is an advantage
- Familiarity with India's family planning and SRH landscape is a plus
- Management consulting or healthcare industry experience is an advantage
- Fluency in English; working proficiency in Hindi is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams independently
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across diverse partners
- Willingness to travel as required
