The organization focuses on strengthening implementation on the ground while building strong monitoring and reporting systems.

Role

The Associate Program Manager will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of community-based gender and health programmes. This role combines programme management with strong monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) work, along with regular field visits to Nuh, Mewat.

Responsibilities

  • Support programme planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting
  • Track MEL indicators, timelines, budgets, and field-level progress
  • Prepare work plans, donor reports, case studies, and other documentation
  • Conduct field visits, mentor field teams, and identify gaps in implementation Facilitate trainings and workshops on gender, gender-based violence, and women's health Coordinate with government departments, healthcare institutions, and partner organizations

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Gender Studies, Public Health, Sociology, Rural Development, or a related field
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in community-based development programmes, ideally in gender, GBV, women's health, or public health
  • Strong skills in MEL, documentation, reporting, and data analysis
  • Fluency in Hindi and English
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with AI or digital productivity tools is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel regularly and stay for short periods in Nuh, Mewat for field work
