Role
The Beneficiary Coordinator manages the full process of beneficiary cases coming in from partner hospitals, from documentation to presentation at Review Panel meetings. This role requires a strong process driven approach, close coordination with internal teams and hospitals, and full accountability for how each case moves through its life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process beneficiary cases from partner hospitals quickly and accurately
- Verify, compile, and maintain accurate documentation for each case
- Interact with applicants and beneficiaries to collect information and answer questions
- Present cases clearly and completely at Review Panel meetings
- Ensure all cases are submitted within required timelines
- Maintain and update the beneficiary database regularly
- Coordinate with the Beneficiary Interface Management System team for smooth data flow
- Track different types of processes and ensure they are completed
- Liaise with partner hospitals to resolve case related issues
- Coordinate with Program Executives and other Beneficiary Coordinators for smooth case handling
- Take ownership of deployment numbers and the overall beneficiary life cycle
- Share timely reports and updates with the Senior Lead, Programs
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline, nursing or medical education is an added advantage
- 2 to 3 years of experience in process or documentation roles, such as insurance processing, medical data review, or handling beneficiaries at an NGO
- Strong process orientation and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage documentation and databases effectively
- Experience working with beneficiaries or hospitals is a plus
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu preferred
- Willingness to travel as required
- Ability to work well with cross functional teams
