iDreamCareer is a career guidance organisation helping students make informed education and career choices through counselling, technology and career awareness programmes. As a Career Counsellor, you will coordinate with schools, conduct AI Career Awareness sessions, engage students, and support programme implementation across Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. This is a full-time contractual, field-based role requiring daily travel to schools and educational institutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with school authorities, teachers and designated contacts.
• Schedule and conduct AI Career Awareness sessions using iDreamCareer's learning resources.
• Guide students on future careers, emerging technologies, and AI-related opportunities.
• Facilitate student participation and address basic career-related queries.
• Maintain daily records, MIS reports and programme documentation.
• Track programme outcomes and ensure timely reporting.
• Manage assigned assets and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Support school events and programme implementation activities.

Requirements

• Graduate or currently pursuing graduation in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using projectors, microphones, speakers, TVs and other audiovisual equipment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good organisational, reporting and documentation skills.
• Interest in education, career counselling and emerging technologies.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city.
