Nirmaan Organization

Nirmaan Organization works with young people and communities across India so they can build better livelihoods for themselves. Its programmes cover school education support, skill training for jobs, health and community development. The skill development work trains students and young adults in practical trades and employability skills, then helps them find work. Much of this happens through centres that sit close to the communities they serve. This role sits within Nirmaan's Skill Development Center team, which prepares learners for the world of work and helps them take the next step after training.
