Through its programmes, ETASHA supports adolescents and youth in making informed choices about their future, working closely with schools and communities to deliver hands on, practical guidance.

Role

The Career Guide will deliver ETASHA's digitized Career Highway intervention to high school students as part of the Adolescent Wellbeing and Success (AWS) Program. This role facilitates career guidance workshops using digital devices, helps students navigate a structured career exploration process, and coordinates with schools while maintaining accurate data and reporting on programme outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct career guidance workshops using a digitized app, including student registration and profile setup
• Guide students through the career guidance process, helping them understand the content and resolving minor technical issues along the way
• Maintain and safeguard digital devices, including software updates, security protocols and basic troubleshooting, working with the IT team when needed
• Coordinate with schools to schedule workshops and sessions, and ensure classrooms, digital infrastructure and learning materials are ready
• Maintain accurate data records and documentation of programme activities
• Compile and analyze programme data for internal reviews and donor reporting
• Prepare periodic reports on programme implementation, counselling outcomes and key achievements
• Collect success stories, case studies and workshop documentation to support monitoring and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Arts preferred
• Certificate in computer skills preferred
• Prior experience working with government schools or non-profit organizations is an advantage
• Ability to conduct structured workshops or classes with adolescents
• Comfortable working with computers and mobile devices, including resolving simple hardware and software issues
• Ability to read and understand content about diverse careers
• Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English
• Willingness to travel frequently across Delhi NCR and occasionally to other cities, including early morning travel for school sessions
