Role

The Communications & Engagement Officer will manage organizational communication across digital and offline platforms, create compelling content, and support stakeholder engagement with donors, CSR partners, institutions, and beneficiaries. The role combines storytelling, brand-building, and event coordination to strengthen Third Planet Foundation's visibility and impact narrative.

Responsibilities

• Manage organizational communication across digital and offline platforms
• Create content for social media, reports, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Develop success stories, case studies, and project highlights
• Support stakeholder engagement with donors, CSR partners, institutions, and beneficiaries
• Coordinate events, campaigns, workshops, and outreach activities
• Assist in documentation, reporting, and brand-building initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Social Work, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in communications, engagement, public relations, or non-profit organisations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
• Strong content writing and storytelling abilities
• Experience with Canva, social media management, or NGO communications required
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills
• Passion for social impact and community development
