Consultant, Fundraising & Donor Engagement - InnovatED Across India | Teach For India
Teach For India
Teach For India is working towards an India free of poverty, by ending educational inequity in the country. Fifteen years in, it is a movement of over 5,000 alumni working across the education system, reaching 1 in 10 children in India. These alumni come from its two year Fellowship Programme, where Fellows teach in under-resourced classrooms. Over 16,000 Teach For India students have taken their 10th grade board exams so far, with a 95% pass rate across cities.
Teach For India is now in Phase 4 of its journey, aiming to grow 50,000 leaders over the next decade who will work together to transform the lives of 1 in 10 low-income children, through education that unlocks the potential of self, others and India.
InnovatED is Teach For India's incubation programme, supporting alumni-led, early-stage social entrepreneurs building scalable solutions for underserved students. The programme is guided by six principles: equity, holistic development, evidence-based practice, innovation and adaptability, ecosystem collaboration, and long-term sustainability.
