It is the largest NGO in India working since 1874 for people affected by leprosy, focused on health, education, sustainable livelihoods, community development, advocacy, and research.

Role

This is a fresher-friendly role for a Corporate Engagement Executive to identify and build relationships with corporate partners for CSR support, contributing to TLMTI's fundraising and partnership goals across Noida and Chennai.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate partners for CSR support opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate partners
• Communicate professionally with companies through emails, phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings
• Share presentations, proposals, and other partnership documents
• Follow up regularly with corporate contacts to convert opportunities into successful partnerships
• Maintain accurate records of corporate interactions and prepare regular MIS and progress reports
• Work closely with the line manager to ensure timely submission of proposals and smooth execution of partnership activities
• Achieve corporate engagement and fundraising targets while representing the organization professionally

Requirements

• No prior experience required, freshers welcome
• Preference given to female candidates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), internet research, and database management
• Ability to create and maintain databases of CSR organizations and key stakeholders
• Willingness to attend meetings at CSR company offices as required
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
• Prior experience in CSR, fundraising, corporate sales, or business development is an added advantage
