Role

WRI is hiring a Global Culture Advisor to help shape and strengthen organisational culture across its global network. Working closely with HR teams, country offices, and senior leadership, the role will lead culture initiatives, employee engagement, wellbeing programmes, and embed organisational values into people practices across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead global culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Partner with HR teams and country leaders to implement culture strategies.
• Develop and implement the global culture roadmap.
• Embed organisational values into HR policies, onboarding, learning, and performance management.
• Lead the Global Culture Ambassadors programme.
• Support wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
• Design culture measurement tools and analyse employee insights.
• Collaborate with external consultants and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in organisational culture, DEI, change management, or organisational development.
• Experience working in global, multi-country organisations.
• Strong facilitation, communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with culture surveys, diagnostics, and organisational development tools.
• High emotional intelligence and cross-cultural sensitivity.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
