Role

Lakshya Jeevan Jagriti is hiring a Job Skills Trainer to train and mentor young adults aged 18–25 in job readiness and employability skills. The role involves conducting classes, supporting students through interviews and placements, and building relationships with employers to create placement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job readiness and employability skills training.
• Mentor young adults and support their career development.
• Conduct classes and practical learning sessions.
• Prepare students for interviews and employment opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers and placement partners.
• Support students throughout the placement process.
• Use MS Office, AI tools, and Canva for training and programme activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Freshers are welcome; 1+ years of experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to teach and mentor young adults.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and AI tools.
• Strong relationship-building and partnership skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership.
