Role

Khan Academy India is hiring an M&E Analyst to support monitoring, evaluation, and research activities across its education programmes. This 12-month contractual role involves designing M&E frameworks, analysing programme data, coordinating research projects, and generating evidence-based insights to strengthen programme effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design monitoring and evaluation frameworks and logical models.
• Develop indicators, monitoring plans, and impact measurement strategies.
• Monitor programme implementation and evaluate outcomes.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and research findings for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external researchers and implementation partners.
• Recommend improvements to programme design and implementation.
• Support capacity building on monitoring and evaluation practices.

Requirements

• Experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, preferably in the social sector.
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative research.
• Background in Education, EdTech, or the social sector is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling and analysing complex datasets.
• Basic knowledge of R, Python, or SQL.
• Strong communication and data visualisation skills.
