ETASHA Society

ETASHA Society is a non-profit organisation working for the economic and social empowerment of young people and women from marginalised communities. It does this through employability training, entrepreneurship development, and livelihood support. Its training models are paired with close community engagement, so that families and neighbourhoods are part of the change and not just the individual trainee. The aim is steady, lasting work for people who are usually left out of the job market. This role sits within ETASHA's Collaborations and Monitoring & Evaluation function, which tracks how programmes are running and reports results back to teams and funders. etasha.png

Role

The M&E Coordinator strengthens the systems that tell ETASHA whether its programmes are working. You will make sure programme data is collected on time, checked for accuracy, analysed and turned into reports and dashboards that managers and funders can act on. The work runs across centres, verticals and projects, and includes building M&E tools, keeping dashboards current, visiting project sites, and helping project teams follow good data practices. You will report to the Chief, Collaborations and M&E.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain M&E frameworks, data collection tools, and reporting formats that match project objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Monitor the regular flow of data from centres, verticals and projects, following the approval process already in place.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and MIS reports for management review and decision making.
  • Analyse data across different parameters, build dashboards using the right tools, and identify trends worth acting on.
  • Prepare funder reports and share them with project managers.
  • Visit project sites to see first-hand how data is collected and how teams use it.
  • Coordinate with project teams to improve day-to-day data management practices.
  • Ensure the work follows organisational policies, funder requirements, and data confidentiality standards.
  • Identify ways to improve M&E systems through standard processes, automation, and digital tools.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • A relevant certificate, diploma or significant training in Monitoring & Evaluation.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience working in M&E or MIS.
  • Strong working skills in Advanced Excel.
  • Comfortable with Google Forms, Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with analytical tools used to build reports and dashboards for decision making.
  • Knowledge of other MIS platforms or tools is an added advantage.
  • Ability to use AI tools to automate data compilation and reporting.
  • Good communication skills in both Hindi and English.
  • An eye for detail, with focus and accuracy in everyday work.
  • A warm, approachable manner and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Willing to travel to project sites for monitoring visits.
  • Available to join immediately.

Benefits

  • Monthly CTC between ₹38,000 and ₹42,000, depending on skills and experience.
  • Full-time role with direct reporting to senior leadership.
  • Exposure across all of ETASHA's centres, verticals and projects rather than a single programme.
  • Scope to shape M&E systems, introduce automation, and bring in better digital tools.
  • Work that supports livelihoods for youth and women from marginalised communities.
