Role

As the Manager – Fundraising, you will lead donor acquisition and partnership development across CSR, foundations, philanthropies, and international funders. You will manage the entire fundraising lifecycle from prospecting and relationship building to proposal development, grant management, reporting, and stewardship while contributing to Dream a Dream's long-term resource mobilisation strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong fundraising pipeline across CSR, foundations, UHNIs, and international donors.
  • Identify, cultivate, and secure new funding partnerships.
  • Lead donor engagement and long-term relationship management.
  • Develop compelling proposals, concept notes, and grant applications.
  • Manage donor reporting, renewals, contracts, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with programme and finance teams during proposal development and implementation.
  • Maintain grant trackers, donor databases, and fundraising reports.
  • Represent Dream a Dream with donors, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Support fundraising strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and pipeline planning.
  • Contribute to improving fundraising systems and internal processes.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, CSR, or resource mobilisation within the social sector.
  • Proven experience securing and managing donor partnerships.
  • Exposure to CSR, family foundations, HNIs/UHNIs, or international donors.
  • Excellent proposal writing and donor reporting skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organised with strong ownership and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
