Role

As a Program Manager, you will lead end-to-end programme implementation, coordinate with key stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of outreach, training, and placement initiatives. You will work closely with government institutions, corporate partners, and internal teams to achieve programme goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with government departments, educational institutions, and industry partners.
• Drive programme implementation, outreach activities, and student engagement.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including trainers, coordinators, and placement officers.
• Monitor programme progress, KPIs, and monthly or quarterly reports.
• Ensure enrolment, training delivery, and placement targets are achieved.
• Identify implementation challenges and develop solutions for smooth programme execution.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA or MSW preferred).
• 4–5 years of experience in programme management, CSR, skilling, education, or related sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as required.
