Role

The Programme Manager makes sure the foundation's programmes for PwIDDs are well planned, well run and in line with its goals. You will look after planning, delivery, monitoring and reporting, and you will work closely with donors, faculty and partners. The role is based on-site in Goregaon, Mumbai. You will report to the Senior Programme Manager and manage a team of Programme Officers. The role is designed as a path to becoming Programme Head.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall design, structure, and strategy of hospitality training programs for persons with intellectual disabilities.

• Manage end-to-end program implementation, daily operations, budgets, and project timelines.
• Track progress, measure outcomes, and create visual impact dashboards to communicate results.
• Build pathways connecting program participants to employment, apprenticeships, and entrepreneurship opportunities.
• Support fundraising efforts by preparing proposals, reports, and pitching to corporate donors.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the program officer team to build organizational capacity.
• Document program processes in standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and growth.
• Coordinate across internal finance, human resources, and communications teams

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of overall work experience, with 1 to 2 years in program management.
• Prior work experience in disability inclusion, DEI space, or the non-profit sector.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Salesforce, Trello, Zoho, or Asana and MS Office.
• Strong skills in people management, project execution, donor reporting, and clear communication.
