It partners with women, farmers, tribal communities, and youth across rural development, agriculture, skilling, and economic inclusion, working with over 15 central and state governments to reach 25 million Indians across 10 states.

Role

A senior fundraising leadership role to build and scale CSR partnerships with corporates, converting relationships into long term, high value support for The/Nudge's work.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver CSR fundraising targets from corporates across sectors
• Independently build relationships with CSR heads, CXOs, and corporate foundations
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of CSR partnerships
• Lead the full partnership process, from prospecting and proposals to pitching, closure, and reporting
• Represent the organization at CSR forums and in corporate networks

Requirements

• 9 or more years of experience in CSR partnerships, corporate fundraising, or B2B sales
• Strong existing network within CSR teams, corporate foundations, or sustainability functions
• Proven track record of opening doors and closing high value CSR deals
• Strong understanding of CSR regulations and donor expectations in India
• Experience engaging CXOs and senior corporate stakeholders
• Strong proposal writing, storytelling, and negotiation skills
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred
• Experience in or close to the development sector is a plus
• High ownership, strong execution focus, and good interpersonal and problem solving skills
