It is the largest NGO in India working since 1874 for people affected by leprosy, focused on health, education, sustainable livelihoods, community development, advocacy and research.

Role

This is a fresher-friendly Telecaller role, ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who want to engage donors and supporters over the phone, helping drive TLMTI's fundraising outreach from Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective donors and supporters
• Explain the mission, work, and impact of the organization clearly
• Build and maintain positive relationships with donors
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and donor interactions
• Meet daily and monthly outreach and fundraising targets
• Represent the organization in a professional and ethical manner

Requirements

• No experience required, freshers and experienced candidates both eligible
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or any regional language preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic phone handling and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking over calls and ability to engage with people effectively
• Passion to work in the social sector is an advantage
