Volunteer Management Coordinator in New Delhi | ETASHA Society | ₹3 LPA
ETASHA Society
ETASHA Society is a non-profit organisation working for the economic and social empowerment of youth and women from marginalised communities. It does this through employability training, entrepreneurship development, and livelihood support. Its training models and community engagement work are built to create lasting work opportunities and more inclusive growth. Volunteers are central to how this happens: over the last two years alone, more than 700 volunteers have given their time and skills, close to half of them from corporate organisations. This role sits within ETASHA's Collaborations and Monitoring & Evaluation function, which builds the partnerships and systems that keep the programmes running.

Role
The Volunteer Management Coordinator runs the full volunteer journey at ETASHA, from finding the right people to thanking them at the end of an assignment. You will work with programme teams to understand what help they need, reach out to corporates, platforms and institutes to bring in volunteers who match, and settle those volunteers and interns into ETASHA's ways of working. ETASHA sees volunteering as a two-way partnership: volunteers bring fresh skills and energy to the youth, women and adolescents it serves, and gain a real understanding of grassroots work in return. Your job is to make sure every hour a volunteer gives turns into something that lasts for the community.
