DOCTORS FOR YOU (DFY), a humanitarian organization formed by a team of highly experienced and specialized doctors from various parts of the world. DFY's focus is to address the most alarming and concerning problems faced by mankind today viz. healthcare, hygiene, disaster response and emergency medical aid. Since its inception in 2007, the organization has been working extensively with the vulnerable communities in six states of India and providing efficient, effective and equitable health care for all.

Role

A field-centric position managing community engagement, beneficiary mobilization, and placement support to ensure project goals are met on the ground.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise day-to-day field activities as per the project plan
Coordinate with community members, local partners, and stakeholders.
Mobilize beneficiaries and team members to ensure active program participation.
Manage placement activities, including candidate tracking and follow-up support.
Monitor service delivery to maintain high quality and project compliance.
Collect and verify field data for accurate reporting and documentation.
Supervise project timelines to ensure all field milestones are met.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in field coordination or community-based placement activities. Freshers may be considered based on project requirements
Fluency in the local language to effectively communicate with community dynamics.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic data reporting tools.
High level of flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai field areas.
