Role
The Hospital Administration Officer will be part of the Network Hospitals support team, helping to operationalise key services and initiatives across network hospitals. This role involves working closely with hospitals, internal teams, consultants, and technical partners to ensure smooth delivery of the programme.
Responsibilities
- Support the operationalisation of key hospital services within the network, including quality standards implementation, telemedicine platform setup, coordination of specialist doctor visits, and inter-hospital coordination.
- Work with network managers to develop, document, and share protocols and frameworks; engage regularly with hospitals to assess how well these standards are being put into practice.
- Coordinate with technical teams, consultants, and network hospitals to ensure smooth delivery of services such as telemedicine and specialist support.
- Manage and analyse data generated from programme activities; prepare reports that help the team understand and improve implementation across different areas of the programme.
Requirements
- Master's degree, preferably in Hospital Administration or Hospital Management.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the healthcare or hospital sector.
- Good understanding of hospital operations, especially in charitable or public hospital settings.
- Able to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external experts.
- Willing to travel extensively for work.
- Strong communication and documentation skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in hospital quality improvement or hospital systems strengthening is an added advantage.
