Role

Shape meaningful parts of the student learning experience by designing journeys, systems, visuals, and interactions that directly influence engagement, behaviour, and learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

Design end to end WhatsApp learning journeys, interaction flows, and fallback states
Build behavioural nudges, onboarding experiences, engagement loops, and intervention journeys
Spot friction points and gaps in journeys early and fix them proactively
Create posters, campaign creatives, reels, motion assets, and communication materials
Translate complex ideas into accessible visuals for students, teachers, and parents
Maintain and improve design systems, component libraries, templates, and content guidelines
Document design rationale, user pain points, and journey logic for cross-functional teams
Use AI tools for image generation, copy exploration, tone adaptation, and ideation
Run user interviews and surveys, then turn insights into design improvements
Partner with Product, Tech, Program, and Curriculum teams from concept to delivery and QA

Requirements

3 to 6 years of experience in UX, visual, conversational, or product design
Strong portfolio showing ability to own projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
Comfort with Figma, Canva, motion tools, and AI-assisted design workflows
Solid grasp of usability, behaviour design, and accessibility, not just aesthetics
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities without constant follow-up
Clear written and spoken English with strong cross-team collaboration skills
Proactive problem solver who can move from ambiguity to clarity
Openness to new tools, workflows, and continuous experimentation
Bonus: experience designing for chatbots, WhatsApp, mobile-first products, gamification, motion or video editing, or in the education and social impact space
