Role

Support TAP's on-ground programs in government schools by helping with student orientation, teacher onboarding, classroom sessions, and data collection. A great way to gain grassroots experience in education and contribute to real student outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Visit schools across TAP cities and support program activities on the ground
  • Help run student induction and orientation sessions
  • Coordinate registration and onboarding of head teachers and teachers
  • Lead parent orientation sessions along with school staff
  • Assist in running and observing TAP classes during school hours
  • Guide students in creating artifacts and projects for showcases
  • Manage video lectures and keep classrooms running smoothly
  • Help collect in-person baseline data from schools and students

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging with students, teachers, and parents
  • Reliable, proactive, and flexible with on-ground schedules
  • Genuine passion for education and community work
  • Ability to document work and share timely updates with the team
  • Time commitment of 6 to 7 hours per week
