Role

A hands-on execution role focused on coordinating marketing materials for partner NGOs, managing creative vendors, and supporting internal program communications to strengthen the foundation's digital and physical presence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of marketing materials for partner NGOs by coordinating between internal teams and external designers.
  • Manage external vendors including printers, video editors, and designers to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate the creation of social media content and internal reports to highlight program impact.
  • Conduct quality control on all visual and written outputs to maintain brand consistency and accuracy.
  • Support event planning and execution, including budget tracking and on-ground assistance.
  • Maintain organized records of all design assets and track communication deliverables across multiple programs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in communications or branding roles.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Kannada or Tamil is a plus.
  • Technical expertise with at least 2 years of experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Canva.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple vendors and tight deadlines simultaneously.
  • Previous experience or volunteering in the social sector is highly desirable.
