Role
A purpose-driven role dedicated to scaling individual donation channels through strategic partnerships and on-ground activations.
Responsibilities
- Drive scalable and innovative channel partner models for consistent individual donations.
- Build and nurture relationships with SMEs, retail partners, malls, and event collaborators.
- Lead the planning and execution of kiosks, public drives, and donation events.
- Establish strong SOPs and ensure transparent, ethical, and audit-ready fundraising practices.
- Mentor teams and drive accountability for results and donor experience.
Requirements
- 15 years of experience in channel partnerships and retail/SME engagement.
- Extensive background in on-ground fundraising and stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge of donation handling, compliance, and MIS reporting.
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record in leadership and execution.
- Ability to align internal stakeholders and manage end-to-end operations.
- Commitment to ethical fundraising and governance.
