Strategic partner to the Founder, lead efforts in fundraising, shaping brand stories, and ensure operational excellence

Location: Hybrid (India)
Experience: 1–2 Years in startups, nonprofits, or consulting
Compensation: ₹50,000 per month (includes 10% variable pay)

Role

A high-ownership, fast-paced role acting as a strategic thought and execution partner to the Founder. You will drive fundraising efforts, build the organization’s brand narrative, and manage special projects to scale social impact.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end fundraising processes, including donor research, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups
  • Draft high-quality pitch decks, grant proposals, and impact reports for diverse stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the internal Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) functions.
  • Manage the brand narrative for the organization and the Founder across digital platforms.
  • Execute strategic research and create briefing documents for high-priority leadership meetings.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery of organizational priorities.
  • Support the Founder in operational problem-solving and handling time-sensitive projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Management, Public Policy, Development, Law, or Business.
  • 1–2 years of full-time experience in startups, nonprofits, consulting, or founder-led environments.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical skills in synthesizing complex data into clear presentations and action plans.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships through cold outreach.
  • High level of organization, proactive problem-solving, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback and maintain a high standard of work quality.
